This avocado shake recipe is filling and delicious. All you need are a few ingredients and a blender.

For this  shake recipe you will need:

The flesh of one hass avocado

A pinch of stevia

1 cup of cashew milk ( or any non dairy milk)

2/3 cups of water

2 – 4 tsp of sugar (You can substitute this with the sweetener of your choice)

6-8 ice cubes

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions:

Combine all these ingredients into a high powered blender such as a blendtec or vitamix.

Serve in fancy glasses with fancy straws. Enjoy ♥!!
