Vegan Banana Pancakes

You’ll go bananas for this next vegan recipe. Introducing my world famous (in my head lol) vegan banana pancakes!

For this vegan banana pancakes recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 super ripe banana

1 and a third cups of all purpose flour. (If you have a gluten allergy feel free to substitute your own GF flour blend or oat flour.)

1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid form, so nuke it if needed)

1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk. Coconut milk and cashew milk are my  two favorites.

3 tbsp of maple syrup.

1 and a quarter tsp of baking powder.

1 heaping teaspoon of REAL vanilla extract.

Your favorite vegan cooking spray (the butter flavored kind will make them more authentic tasting)

Directions:

These  vegan banana pancakes are likely the simplest things to make on my site.

  1. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
  2. Begin heating your pan to med-high
  3. Add all the ingredients save the baking powder and cooking spray. Mix them thoroughly until you have something that resembles pancake batter.
  4. Mix in the baking powder.
  5. Oil your skillet.
  6. FRY THE BABIES UP. You will know they are ready to flip when the tops of pancakes are covered in little craters.
  7. Serve with your favorite vegan syrup, whipped cream, seeds, and fruit combination.
